After you inserted your code into your custom.css did you upload the new file to your server

for some reason, this mod isn’t working for me at all, I’m coping the code to notepad then pasting to my css and then creating a test post and wrapping the code and then hit preview and I see nothing or does it only show up when you publish the post. Confused.
